Differentiators

• Deployment as reviewed code. Configuration is version-controlled and diffable rather than hand-entered, which removes the dominant source of deployment defects.
• Enforced approval gate. No change reaches a live network without an accountable engineer's authorization, enforced by the pipeline rather than by policy alone.
• Evidence as a by-product. Acceptance documentation is generated by the deployment itself, not reconstructed afterwards.
• Works under the prime's terms. Prime contract clauses, change control, and security requirements flow down unchanged; no parallel process for the prime to manage.
• Elastic capacity. Vetted contract engineers work inside the controlled environment, so scope can scale without scaling standing overhead — a cost structure primes can price against.
